5-Day Exchange/Return Policy:

You have a 5-day window, starting from the date of receiving your item, to request an exchange or return. To initiate an exchange/return, contact us at info@gauraigramudyog.com.

Eligibility for Exchanges/Returns:

For an exchange/return to be accepted, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Please provide the invoice during return pickup. Once a product is used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are only permitted in the following cases:

- The product is damaged or the wrong item is received.

- The product is improperly sealed upon delivery.

- The product has expired upon delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from the same address, and you will be informed of the expected pickup date. In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed. For any delivery-related discrepancies, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation:

- If accepted, you are entitled to a full refund.

- Gaurai reserves the right to cancel or reject orders for various reasons, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with provided personal/financial details.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect.
