Eligibility for Exchanges/Returns:

For an exchange/return to be accepted, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Please provide the invoice during return pickup. Once a product is used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are only permitted in the following cases:

- The product is damaged or the wrong item is received.

- The product is improperly sealed upon delivery.

- The product has expired upon delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from the same address, and you will be informed of the expected pickup date. In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.
